Booking Policy Terms & conditions for Engage Multimedia training courses.

Booking procedure:
You can book by sending a purchase order by email or by post, including the following information:

• Date and title of the training course
• Full names of people attending
• Any special requirements
• Please specify if lunch is to be provided (NB: this is at additional cost and requirements will be agreed prior to training date(s).)
• Please make sure that the purchase order is addressed to Engage Multimedia Ltd, Unit 9 Linwood Workshops, Linwood Lane, Leicester, LE2 6QJ.

Booking Confirmation:
Once we have processed your booking, we will send you a confirmation email with an invoice.

Payment:
Payment must be received within 14 days of the invoice date or in advance of the training course whichever is sooner. Payment can be made by:

• BACS to Engage Multimedia Ltd:

• Cheques made payable to Engage Multimedia Ltd

Special requirements:
Engage Multimedia Ltd will make every effort to accommodate special requirements that have been notified on the booking form.

Course Cancellations:
There is no charge for transferring your booking to the same course on an alternative date provided you notify Engage in writing up to 7 working days before the start of the course and that there is availability. However, a transfer fee of 20% of the course fee will be payable if notice is received within 7 working days of the start date of the original course. No refund will be made in the event of a transfer. No more than one transfer will be allowed. If you notify Engage Multimedia Ltd in writing or via email up to 7 working days before the start date of the course, you will receive a full refund, less an administration fee of 20%. If you withdraw for whatever reason within the 7 day period, the full fee will remain payable if you are unable to nominate a substitute attendee.

Non-attendance:
If you fail to attend the course on which you are booked and have not given prior notice, then the course fee will not be refunded.

Cancellation by Engage Multimedia Ltd:
Engage Multimedia Ltd reserves the right to alter trainers, fees or venues without prior notice. In the event of a course being cancelled, a refund of the course fee will be made but no compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred.

Venues:
Details of the venue(s) will be sent in the in addition to these terms and conditions. Our main venue is at Unit 9 Linwood Workshops, Linwood Lane Leicester. This is not a public building, and is safe and secure venue with disabled access and facilities. However, you should inform us of any special needs you may have in order for us to accommodate your needs. For other venues information can be provided on request.

Liability:
Engage Multimedia Ltd does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information or views expressed on its training courses including course material. Opinions expressed are those of individual trainers and not necessarily those of Engage Multimedia Ltd. Participants should take professional advice when dealing with specific situations.
